After reading many reviews on various computers, I finally decided on a Dell because of the positive reviews of Dell users and their obvious satisfaction. I've been an HP owner/user since the early 1990's and had an elitist's view, but was I ever wrong! I had only had my latest HP computer for 3-4 years when it totally went on the fritz with no hope of repairing it. So far I can truly say this Dell is leaving all the other brands in the dust; immediate start-up; no more kwonky waiting for it to shut down. Overall a really good buy. I will give 5 stars after I've used it for a year or two, but I am satisfied right now that all of my work can be saved in folders that I can find.
