How can I get support after purchase?
I followed the documentation for installation of the software and the Control Panel settings. Simple enough to that point. I plugged in the USB and recorded one track as a test. The recording was weak and filled with background noise. I had to turn the sound level up high on my speakers to eek out the track itself.
I've read and re-read the various manuals and pamphlets and tested the setups along the way multiple times. I'm tempted to return it tomorrow and search for some other solution.
