I really liked the idea of this camera system. I was looking for one that could record out of the front and back window and was from a company I recognized. This seemed to fit the bill.
The cameras both have good daytime quality but the rear has abysmal night vision. It might as well be off. The main unit (front camera) crashes every few days and the only way to get it back up and running is to unplug it and wait for the battery to die. There is no way to remove the battery or hard reset it.
I'm disappointed in my purchase and will be contacting Cobra support soon.

Is this camera permanently mounted?
Comes with a suction cup mount that can be easily removed. You can buy a number of accessories like a low profile mount if you wanted.

Are this together or separate. And does it move 360 ? Can be able to see front and back and side to side?
Comes with 2 cameras. You will be able to see whatever you have them pointed at. I have mine looking out the front and rear windows. The wide viewing angle gets a lot of what is on the sides in front of and behind the car.

The screen goes blank turns black and a red light and the left hand corner stays on
It is optional. You can have the screen on all of the time or you can set it to turn off after a number of minutes. If you set it to turn off you will still have a blinking red light you can see to let you know it is recording.

Does this camera has super capacitor on battery
No, it has a short battery life. You really need to keep it plugged in.

Can you see the license plate clearly on the cameras?
You have to get pretty close to the car in front of you to get a clear view of the plate so that it can be read in the video.

Is this camera easily removable or is it a way to keep it from being ripped out if truck is broken into. And what is it's lifetime.
