I am normally concerned about fraying cords, so I was happy when I found this one for my new LG G5. I have been using this for almost 3 months and not had any issues with it. It is not a super rapid charger, but works well for what I need.

I switched about a month ago. And I am so glad I did. I wanted to give it some time, rather than give a review and then a few days in, have to update. Yes, there are a few apps that I no longer can use, but I do no regret my decision. This is a great phone. I like that it has expandable memory, ability to change out the battery, and better customization than IOS. I used an IPhone for years, so this was a bit of an adjustment. Screen operations are different and take some getting used to.
Overall, the phone has performed as I expected. The cameras are really good, although the front facing (selfie) camera is a bit like a painting sometimes when pixel peeping, but I shoot in raw most of the time and use photo editors, which I really like having the ability to do. The manual mode is fun to play with, although no substitute for a dslr. However, I took several pictures on the beach, and uploaded them into my photo editing software along with my DSLR pictures, and it was hard to tell which were which.
So, in summary, I highly recommend this phone. Once you get the hang of where everything is and swipe left, up, down, around... It is really easy and somewhat more fun.
I do recommend getting a case that will be fairly easy to take the phone out of, if you get the second battery or any of the attachments.
