I was looking for a versatile solution and considered options from soundbars to component systems. I tried a few things and took them back after being disappointed in sound quality and / or functionality.
These sound fantastic! I current use them with a tv (optical) and with Bluetooth music, but plan to add a turntable. A sub would be a good addition but not necessary for a smaller space, and these won't fill the need for a surround system, but for basic music and tv / Netflix use I don't think these can be beat for the price.
As a con, I wish quality manufacturers like Klipsch would stop using these terrible little credit card remotes. Also, I hope their next version will have play-fi (multiroom) capability which would really be a plus!
