Just wanted a basic, average but not cheap, attn, for one of the monitors in the office when I wasn't at work. I am a little surprised the advise little sticker is still holding it on the wall. I don't live in the metro area and I get good signal strength. But I did have to try it in a few different orientations to get the best signal.

Perhaps not as "loud" as the Insignia I replaced, but much fuller and the separate bass makes all the difference.
Does not like not being wall mounted. Definitely needs room under it, but I built a 3" spacer for it and that took care of the issue.

How does this type of antenna work? With old outdoor antennas, each TV in the house was hooked up individually to the antenna through a wire/cable. Is this wireless? Does it work with multiple TVs?

Can I get all the channels that I get on cox?
Short answer no. It isn't cable.
It is for over the air broadcasts, the same way rabbit ears were back when they actually played the national anthem at the end of the day.
However, if you are looking for more of the older ME-TV type of shows, there are a several channels for that.
There are also some unique anime types.
