The phone is great. I am still figuring things out. The phone is fast even when using LTE. The S pen screen off note taking is great for taking quick notes without having to unlock the phone and open the app. Bixby is pretty cool but, as others have noted the button is too close to the volume control. The camera is great.I use the entertainment mode which provides full screen resolution and audio. I have yet to have the battery run empty through the course of the day. My only complaint is that if I have the phone in my pocket with the screen facing my leg I've downloaded apps and opened apps and web pages without even knowing it. The other complaint doesn't have to do with the phone it concerns Best Buy itself. When I purchased the phone I was supposed to receive a $25.00 reward certificate. I'm still waiting for it. I will be contacting Best Buy to see what the problem is.

The case does what it's supposed to do that is protect the phone. although there is a window in the case which is handy for certain things it becomes annoying for others. When trying to play games or take pictures it becomes cumbersome holding the phone with the case open. This mainly affects picture taking. As stated it does protect the phone and the little extra padding doesn't hurt.

I had purchased a screen protector from Amazon for my Note 2 and it worked fine. When I upgraded to a Note 5 I did the same and went through all 3 screen protectors they did not last . When my wife got her Note 4 we purchased a Zagg screen protector at the same time and had Best Buy install it. It's probably been over a year now and the screen protector looks like it was just put on yesterday meanwhile mine looks like its been through the mill a few times.

I purchased this for my granddaughter. We already had a sd card so I used what we had. I loaded her music onto the card and inserted the card into the player, everything worked fine. After a couple of months the card would start popping out of the unit on its own and to make matters worse we started having problems with charging. At first we tried different chargers and cables to no avail. The unit would not fully charge, it eventually got to the point that it would not take a charge at all. At this point it became worthless. Up until then everything worked fine. Perhaps it is not designed for use by children .

The batteries were no longer holding a charge on our older phones. to replace all the batteries on the existing phones would have cost just as much as buying new phones. These phones were on sale. We have placed them in various locations around the house and they work great. I especially like the talking caller ID. Within 2 rings hey phone tells you who is calling so you don't have o run to answer the phone, you already know who is calling.

When I bought my 50 inch Toshiba approximately 5-6 years ago I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty. I don't normally purchase these warranty because most times it is just as cheap to buy a new replacement. I forgot about purchasing the warranty. At about 4 years I started noticing wide darker bands of color running from side to side along the top, bottom, and through the middle of the TV. I went to my Best Buy account on line to see how old the TV was and then found out I had the extended warranty. Originally Geek Squad was going to replace the entire panel but, the TV was no longer being produced. I was given a code and told to bring the TV to my local Best Buy and everything would be taken care of. Best Buy refunded me the entire purchase price of the TV including the sales tax. With that I was able to purchase a larger TV and yes I did purchase a Geek Squad extended warranty for the new TV. Unlike most places fortunately I didn't need the original purchase receipt. One of the smartest decisions I have made as far as extended warranties goes.

Does not live up to the Sharp standard

This was purchased to replace a Toshiba that bit the dust after less than 4 years. While in the store the picture looked nice and the TV was in my price range. The Sharp was also 5 inches bigger than the TV I was replacing. Once home and everything was hooked up the picture was OK. I switched from Time Warner to Dish and was told that Time Warner only broadcast in 720 and that Dish broadcast in 1080. I did notice a difference in the picture quality. The problem I am having is in the gray scale portions of he picture. When transitioning from dark blacks to lighter blacks and gray tones the pixelization is extremely noticeable. I don't know if this is a problem with the TV itself or possibly I am too close to the screen. The smart function part of the TV is slow but, it's nice to have Netflix available without having to add any other device to the TV

What can I say. It's a spool of speaker wire. I used it to connect my surround speakers to a new receiver and it worked fine. Although it is a relatively thin gauge wire the insulation is quite substantial and protects the wire nicely.

This was purchased to replace a 25 year old Sony receiver that finally gave up the ghost. I went to Best Buy to see about purchasing a sound bar. I was not looking to spend a fortune but I also wanted rear speakers for a true surround experience. Since I already had all the speakers I needed and they were already in place the sales rep suggested I just replace the receiver. Once all the speakers were hooked up and everything was plugged in and ready to go the rest couldn't be easier. Onkyo provides a microphone with the unit that is placed in the area where you will be listening from. Once the mic is placed the unit does the rest. Sound is sent out from each speaker then the unit automatically calibrates the distances from the unit to the speakers and set all the necessary levels. With 700 watts of power the first time I watched a Blu-ray I felt like I was in the theater. The sound was incredible. I wanted to max out the volume to rattle the wimdows but my wife didn't approve, maybe at a later date. Until then I will continue to enjoy my Onkyo receiver.

Many companies now have the samsung galaxy note 8 including Sprint, BOGE, will Best Buy match it? I would defently prefer to buy them from Best Buy and the Geek Squad.
As explained to me by a Best Buy employee who set up my phone. Best Buy will not match the price because each provider sets their own price. So, depending on your provider determines what you will pay. I asked the same thing when I noticed the Note 8 cheaper on Amazon.
