Very simple and effective device for uploading video form tape or other sources to a computer file. I was easily able to upload video segments from a Hi8 tape for use in a digital movie production. Super simple to use and no failures or problems. For casual use, WAY more affordable than a dedicated video import card. Highly recommend.

Bought this to supplement the all-in-one printer scanner we already own. The scanner works great and is easy to set up and use. It's a little slow but for $99, I have no complaints (that's the reason for the 4 star rating).
Positives - Super affordable, good quality scans, simple to set up and use
Downsides - a little slow especially at resolutions higher than 600 dpi, it can't scan 8 1/2 x 14 sheets or other larger format documents.

Typical GE microwave. Works well and full of features, it was a replacement for another GE profile. Downsides if you are buying as a replacement like we did....the wall mounting plate is different by 1/2inch than previous GE microwave so you have to replace it. Most annoying is the fact that GE altered the bolt pattern on top where you mount it to the cabinet by about an inch for all holes, requiring new drilling and a whole set of empty holes. Last issue is that the power cord comes out of the middle of the top rather than the back. This creates unnecessary obstruction in the cabinet. These last two are really annoying and totally unnecessary...they represent a real design fail that could have been easily avoided.

Simple device - allows two lines out of one phone jack. We use it to allow phone line (with filter) in same jack as DSL modem. You MUST use a filter if you share a jack with a DSL modem.

Good product - easy to self-install

This product works as advertised and is easy to self-install IF you follow the directions. You do need to squeegie the screen many times and in many directions with the included scraper to get water and bubbles out but it does work well. Do not touch the sticky side that goes on the screen or it won't stick. I installed two of these and each took about ten minutes. Highly recommend.

Can this version of Peninacle capture mini dvm cassette from camcorder CanonGL2 unto laptop Also can I use this to record directly from camcorder while shooting?
I would assume that any device with the ability to output via s-video/RCA audio or RCA Audio/video cable could send output through the device to an appropriate computer. I was able to output from a Hi8 camcorder with no problems. The Sony camcorder we have has a cable that has RCA audio/video connectors, just like you'd use in the "old days" to plug into your TV. I would also think that you could record directly from the camera while filming/shooting but I haven't tried that yet. Hope that helps.

Yes - if you buy the protector that is specific to the Tab 3 - 7.0 (Sprint). That is what I bought and it works well.
