Can I use the Lumia 435 as wi-fi only device?
Am I forced to activate the phone with T-Mobile or can I simply remove the SIM and use the phone as a Wi-Fi only device? Primary uses would be a MP3 player, radio, GPS, etc.
I bought a Lumia 435 two months ago and I've been using it without paying a dime for T-Mobile service. You can download maps to the phone with wifi and use it like a gps device with offline navigation.
