How do you recharge the battery pack ?
I've recently purchased this device within the best buy mobile store this past weekend. It was working great for my mobile phone. However I tried charging my phone and not the portable device isn't charging my phone any longer, how o I charge the portable device? im unsure ? should I return just return the portable device back to best buy ? PLEASE HELP ITS URGENT
You plug a micro usb into, just like you would charge a phone.
