Good for keeping track of simple events

It's a good piece. It was a gift for a friend who wanted to watch their activity. Keeps track of simple activities but can be cumbersome when switching from treadmill running to outdoor running and biking.

Keeps the TV close to the wall, easy to adjust

Installing the steel plate to the wall was easy and painless. Mounting the hardware to the TV was painless as well. This mount currently holds a 65" Samsung less than an inch off the wall and the kick stand feature does what it's supposed to do. It would have been nice if the lanyard pieces were some thing sturdier than string, but I don't see a problem with this. I read through some reviews concerning the string breaking, but I question whether it broke or if the knot at the top came undone to allow the string to pull through. Before installing the TV, I made sure to place a second knot at the top to further minimize the potential for this issue. This mount does the job and doe sit well.

WI-FI on this thing is rock solid and streaming music and videos works great. PLEX application was a major reason for purchasing this player and it works flawlessly. Firmware update was quick and easy. The SMART system is only using a dual-core chip, but I don't blame it for being a bit slow; it's a Blu-ray player!

These speaker cables perform! Optimal might flash in your mind when you hear the sheer perfection of the sounds that happen when you connect your home audio speakers to an amplifier or receiver. This 14 AWG speaker cable is from the Magnolia premium home theater assortment. It features a long-grain copper design for fewer grain boundaries and lower distortion and semi-solid concentric packed conductors for excellent signal conductivity.

They're made of copper, which is the second most conductive element on the planet (silver being the only element with greater conductivity, albeit at a "hefty-er" price). The claim that the specific way the strands are wound and how it passes current better is laughable. So long as you stick with high quality copper wiring (the larger the gauge, the better, to a point), current will pass through it just fine. Cheaper cable exists that is of equal quality and can be made at home with simple tools. The item works just fine, it's just overpriced.
What's great about it: They work.
What's not so great: They're overpriced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was able to get these on clearance and they're fantastic. The room they're in measures 13' x 23' and the sound these produce are excellent. They're hooked in to an older Marantz 7300OSE receiver at 130W a piece and they're very clear sounding. My only gripe would be that the frequency response curve on these speakers dips 5 - 7dB at around 1700Hz so they can seem a little flat out of the box. With only a treble adjustment, though, they come to life and produce excellent sound across their rated frequency range. If you can get these for less than MSRP, do it; they're excellent speakers (especially when paired with a subwoofer). These speakers do theater and music duty, about a 50/50 split.
What's great about it: Clear lows and excellent mid range
What's not so great: The high frequency curve dips after about 1700Hz
I would recommend this to a friend!
