I read reviews on the robot vacuum cleaners in the past and thought they were toys. Well after having this thing run around my house I am now convinced. We have new wood floor installed and I work from home. Every few days to goes about the business of running around the house cleaning. The surprising thing is how much it picks up each time. With no kids and just two adults who knew it would find so much dust and of course my wife's hair. It scans the rooms and if it runs low on battery it docks itself, charges and then goes back and finishes were it left off. My only complaint is the container has a filter that needs to be cleaned between each run. Its a small container and filter. I am going to have to get a supply of filters which I haven't researched yet. It squeaks sometimes and because of the amount of work it does I went back and put a warranty on it. Normally I don't do that but this thing deserves it. Other then that its a great addition that really does make a difference.

It should be available by now, October was the expected release date.

They changed this product after I preordered. It was supposed to be g502 hero and has the correct Logitech product code but now it says it’s available and the Hero is supposed to be out in October. What’s going on here? Did Best Buy screw up?
I think the Hero is just now available. So October is probably correct.

Is this mouse (Logitech G502-Hero) better than the Logitech G502 Proteus spectrum?
I think they are the same but the DPI sensor on the Hero is newer.

Probably not better. The 1050TI is a faster graphics card and the Ryzen 5 is not clocked as high as the 7th gen i7.

Is this graphics card similar to a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050?
It will be close to a 1050 but overall its not quite as fast.

Does the remote change tv channels by voice
I could not get it to change channels with just my voice. You have to be in the Sling app to watch TV. If you do a voice search it searches and presents programming but I could not get it to go to any channel number. Doesn't mean it won't work but I couldn't get it to just change channels.

So this mouse is connected via bluetooth?
I do not think the mouse uses Bluetooth. It comes with a small USB receiver and is probably using a 2.4GHz signal. I never experience any lag or dropped connection.

So it comes with a cable but it’s unplugable right?
Yes it comes with a USB braided cable that is very high quality. And it is a wireless mouse so the cable is detachable. If you get low on battery you can plug it in and continue on. This mouse is highly recommended.
