Bought this in store in a pinch. It works as advertised. If your like me and most of your headsets are 3.5 and your equipment has the larger 1/4 Jack this works. Though most audiophiles recommend buying equipment with the 1/4 Jack built in. For me most of the time I just want to hear the tv at night or when kids are running around playing and 3.5 works for that.

Picture quality is good once you configure the TV, I would highly recommend looking up how to setup for the best picture quality. By turning off all of the extra features, you make this TV better. Also the 15w speakers suck and and the volume leveling feature causes a noticeable variance in volume as the TV tries to level out the volume. Such as when going from commercial to show. Like I said before once you turn off these features it works basically like you would expect a TV too. The default settings are horrible, but once you get past the initial setup you get what is a comparable TV to some more expensive TVs. As this had the best specs for the price range. It's a good buy if you can get it a few $100 dollars off the asking price. I got it for about $1200. As a side note watch for the tricky wording with TV's claiming higher than 120 Hz, most are not true 240+.
