Almost perfect smart watch

Series 3 is close to perfect. Excellent screen, the UI is fast and responsive. Notifications are great and I can leave my phone at home with no issues. The battery last around 2 days for me. I like the Siri watch face.
Once you experience this watch there is no way to go back to a regular watch or any other fitness tracker.

Excellent balanced sound

You won’t be disappointed. First, you can play content from any music service using AirPlay. Second, the sound is very refined and in my opinion better than Bose or Sonos. It totally blows away an Alexa speaker. Third, with AirPlay 2 and in stereo mode (if you get two) the sound is amazing. The sound is comparable to audiophile quality systems - I am saying this as some who has KEF bookshelf’s in my office and the HomePods match them if not better.
Net, if you care about great audio quality in a small package, this is the best system right now. I have no problems with Siri on HomePod. It works...

I got a set of three to replace my previous Airport set up - 1 TC, 1 Extreme and 1 Express. I used the three in extender mode. So the Google WiFi replaces that. Here are my early observations based on a set up with 20 connected devices. I kept the same SSID so all devices just connected from my Apple to Google WiFi routers.
1. Set up is easy and I prefer the Google App to Apple’s. Although, Apple has more flexibility.
2. Unlike the Airport, Google WiFi will not connect to a VPN Server.
3. Speed is the same for both set ups. Stability so far has been the same as well, although in 2+ years I never needed to reboot the AirPorts. So we will see.
4. The range is actually slightly less on Google WiFi compared to my previous Airport set up.
5. I will need to set up TC to backup and will need to attach an external hard drive.
6. Google WiFi only has one external hardwired connection. The Airports had 3.
On hindsight, the updgrade wasn’t worth it for me. Bit of you’re not upgrading from a full AirPort Extreme type set up this is a great value. Lastly, based on the connection speeds from various locations in my house, Google WiFi does not seem to be a true mesh. The speeds are very similar to what I was getting using extenders with my Airport set up.

Great wireless earphones (for iPhone)

Beats are tuned to be bass heavy. That is a fact and these are no different. In terms of sound quality, I am comparing them to a Bose QC 20 noise canceling earphone and the Beats X sound better (both are bass heavy), are lighter and easier to pair. Plus, using the iPhone Control Center I can see the current battery level.
What makes these a very good value for money to me:
1. Good sound quality (assuming one likes bass)
2. Super convenient pairing and connection with iPhone or Apple Watch. Amazed at how fast and stable the connection is.
3. Two little magnets hold the ear pods in place when not in use. This is a nice usability touch and lets me use these earphones all day at work with no issues.
4. The fast charging is excellent. 5 minutes gives you 1 hour of listening and 45 mins give you 8 hours!
5. The microphone is effective in noisy environments.
At $99, I believe these are the very best earphones you can get. I have so many - from Bose (multiple), B&O and Beats (X and Studio Wireless) and the X is now my go-to earphone.
