My Tablet has just stopped turning on,(it is charged), it had been working fine before.
Try re-charging it one more time. for me charging it the third time does the trick.

Update to lollipop
Can this Asus tf0310 be updated to android 5 (lollipop)?
Yes. I received an OTA update on January 31, but you have to actively update the device, meaning you have to go to setting > update. The whole update takes 900MB so you're device memory will decrease. Be sure to back up your files before upgrading to Lollipop.
