Like the case as it protects the device well however the tablet angles are limited. Like that the fact that the case has the sleep to wake feature. One negative is that it's a bit expensive in my opinion.

I am needing a very basic laptop for college. Would this work to run Microsoft Office programs (excel, powerpoint, and word)? Would I be able to browse the internet (7-10 tabs) and listen to Spotify?
Currently, the Acer Chromebook R13 can run Android apps via the Play Store on the Beta Channel. I have tried this and it seems to work well for me. I am also a student and using MS Office Android apps seems to work just fine. You do lose some advanced features but all the basic functions are all there. I've been able to use both Android apps and have several tabs open at the same time and the performance has not lagged. This Chromebook is pretty impressive and you will not be disappointed if you decide to purchase it. Good screen, build and battery life equate to excellent buy IMO.
