I use it as an alarm to wake up or remind myself of appointments, and getting the notifications makes life so much easier. Does the blaze give alerts to get up and move when you've been sitting for a while?

when biking does it track mileage, location? calories burned?
I currently use a phone app, sports tracker, and was wondering if this would have the same functionality.
Yes it will track all of those.
