Make it simple stupid

Make it simple stupid. There needs to be a simple step-by-step booklet written in layman's terms that a 10-year-old could understand. Not a book with 50 pages that a person doesn't have time to read because they work for a living. Just because the filter is full this Shouldn't shut the dryer off. When you wash a bedspread or sheets, they wad up in a ball and cause the dryer to shut off, this is a problem. I should be able to select a time that I want to run my load to dry, not automatically put a time in there that I can't make adjustments to. My favorite thing about this dryer is the pedestals I bought to go with it. It raises the dryer up so I don't have to bend over to the ground to pick out my clothes.
All these big electronic companies should let a regular person, not an educated degreed person,write the operating instructions, worded so they are easy to understand and not so complex. I see this every single time I buy a new product. what is it with these companies that can't get someone to write something that's easy to read and not a 50 to 100 page book that just rambles on, about how to run a product.

A lot of bills and whistles

Sometimes these engineers that develop products make the options way too complex to understand. I don't know why they just don't just use the "MISS" theory. MAKE IT SIMPLE STUPID!!!
My favorite thing about this product is the pedestals that I bought to go with it. The one thing I don't like, is I would like to set how long this cycle is I don't need an hour cycle to wash my clothes my clothes are not filthy. Please understand I haven't read the book from the front to the back. Because quite frankly I don't have the time. Make a simple start up booklet written in layman's terms so everyone can understand even a 10-year-old.
