I bought this deep fryer to replace my Fry Daddy deep fryer that I had for years but it finally stopped working. Love the size and that everything is removable which makes it easy to clean. Would have given it 5 stars but I just got it and have only fried chicken wings and fish. Oh and frying the fish didn't leave that fried fish smell in my house which was also a nice perk. 4.75 stars for sure.

Can I set this to go on at a certain temperature?
For example, if the temp drops to 50 degrees, it will turn on?
Yes it seems to have a temperature gage because it was set at 77 degrees and when it (or the room) reached that temp it went off. After the temperature got down to about 74 it kicked back on.
