Good Smart Plug

I am a fan of the suite of smart devices from TP-Link and this is no exception. Being able to remotely turn on and off a smart plug is excellent. Set up was super easy with the Kasa app and seeing energy usage is great!. The only downside is unlike one of the other plugs that TP-Link carries, this one takes up an entire outlet so you essentially lose a spot to plug things in. Nice powerline adapter

I've always been a fan of powerline devices to serve as a complimentary technology to wired cables throughout the house. This device is no exception. It was easy to set up and easy to use. Plug it in, configure, and you are off and running. Speeds worked as advertised and it was great to help "extend" my wired environment to other devices where connectivity isn't as great in my house but access to a close power plug was available.

First off I like the fact that this is a slim and sleek design. Overall I think this device does provide some value and I've actually used it less for laptop use as opposed to a home server I have that doesn't have wifi built in to the PC. As most laptops have dual band wifi these days you may not need a device like this unless your pc has an older wifi module. However if you don't, this could be for you. Overall it performed as expected given the speeds.

Good router

The set up of this router was super simple. I continue to enjoy the advances TP-Link has made in their mobile app as well as WebUI for administration. I played around with guest network control as well as parental controls and all the features seemed to be operating as expected. With respect to connectivity I have 20+ IP devices and didn't see any degradation of service or slow downs during my time with this router. This is good all around value device.

The Archer C7 covers your home with fast dual-band Wi-Fi. The 2.4GHz (450Mbps) Wi-Fi band is perfect for sending emails, browsing the web and listening to music. The 5GHz band reaches 1300Mbps so you can game and stream in HD at the same time without interruption.

The nice thing about this router is the size as it isn't a behemoth like some other routers in the market. The setup was pretty easy and the router seemed to be pretty stable and reliable on the most current firmware available at the time. The router does feature gigabit ports as well as USB ports for connecting external drives or printers.
Overall the performance and coverage was pretty good for a router in this price range. I have 20+ IP devices at any given time on my network and did not suffer any type of slow down or degradation of service.

Finally! I've always been a fan of TP-Links smart plug line but there was always downside in that while you gained a smart plug you would lose an outlet socket. No more with the HS105!
This smart plug is easy to set up, looks very sleek, and you don't need to give up a outlet to use it. It also has the same great features with the KASA app. Anyone looking for a smart plug this is the one to get.

This review is for the M5 single expansion unit. The M5 mesh network system is an first foray into the mesh networking game. The expansion unit was just as easy to set up and pair with my existing 3 deco set up. Similar to the 3-pack, the M5 expansion unit is definitely nice to look at and don't take up a significant amount of space. Each M5 unit has 2 ethernet ports for connecting devices (except for the main unit where 1 is for the connection to the cable modem). The setup via the deco app is super easy and basically perfect for someone that wants a secure network but without having to get into all the technical details and configurations needed. In addition, the 3 year package of trend micro built in protection is fantastic. However, if you are looking for advanced configuration options or the ability to tinker with settings this may not be the router for you as those options are somewhat limited.
