Bought this mixer and was happy with it. Very disappointed when I found out that you cannot buy the beater with the rubber edge for it. The beater that comes with it leaves lots of unmixed dough around the outside of the bowl. Took it back and traded for an Artisan which has the good beater to wipe the bowl.

The first time I used this it was perfect. The 2nd time, I had to move it to different outlets because IT WONT START and when I finally go to turn it on, it smelled like something was burning in the engine. like burning wires or plastic. is this normal
