I purchased this item two weeks ago, and it is a okay machine except for the fan. I had to return the first one because a fan broke after only two days (I managed to install all my programs and work on it previously to that, so it was a huge hassle to repeat the process). Then a few days later, the new one would not turn into tablet mode anymore - it's a glitch that we fixed only after we researched it and we realized that we had to perform manual hp updates. That was again, time consuming and annoying. Now, after 2 weeks and a half, this new one started to make the same broken fan noise as the first machine we got. I am simply tired of this. I don't want to waste my time going back to the store, installing the programs again, and transferring all my work so many times. Besides, who guarantees that the third one will be luckier? A low end machine would make a better deal than this. Not happy at all!
