Overall a solid and easy to use appliance. One drawback - there does not appear to be timed defrost option; defrosting must be done by weight which is less intuitive.

A worthless printer!

This printer is worthless. It was easy to set-up, and for a few weeks it printed documents from my MacBook. However, it never made copies, no matter how many efforts I made to pursue trouble- shooting steps. After a month it stopped printing documents, because the printer determined the paper tray was empty. It was not! Again I pursued all the recommended trouble-shooting steps but with no success. As recommended I purchased high quality paper, which I had been using anyway, cleaned the tray and rollers (on a one month old printer), and tried every other option. Apparently the take up rollers are so cheap they just wouldn't accept any paper. My old Lexmark printer has issues but nothing like this. Thankfully I purchased a two year replacement program and will return it ASAP.
