A good laptop/tablet choice

I have been looking for a laptop/tablet for a good price and from a creditable company. The setup was a little slow, but the overall item is good.

A question about fan control. Does this have an interval fan option ( say 10 min run every 30 minutes?) other than just on and auto? I need more fan runtime to stir house air on several floors, my current totaline Tstat allows this. Thanks
Unfortunately from what I can see, it doesn’t but there is a circulation feature that allows the device to move the air for about 35% of the time....not sure of the breakout of the 35%. I just got my device and have not been able to see how long it runs during the 35%.
