Is it possible to adjust the volume using my "Charter" remote?

Have Charter and had the same problem trying to figure it out as well. Charter provides 4 basic kinds of remotes. You want the Charter box or DVR to be almost at the highest level until the word STEREO is shown beside the volume bars. I can't remember the 4 digit code for this model but if you call Charter they will be happy to give you the correct 4 digit code for this TV until it works. After I called Charter and got the correct code it worked perfectly.... But... if you don't know the right 4 digit code you will have to try .. let's see 4 to the power of 4 is just under a million tries. Call Charter and you'll be fine. Just remember the part above about using the Charter remote to set the box or DVR volume up high until you see the word STEREO or the TV won't be in stereo from the Charter box to the TV.
