My internet has worked properly since the tech installed my new router on the same day he couldn't install my Ring. I have been with the Greek Squad since that time and even spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone with them but my computer still have issues.

The same tech came to my home for a site survey and said that the Ring would work. We set up another appointment and he came to install the Ring and my new Router. After and hour, he said that he could not install the Ring. We hired someone out of Kearney and he had the Ring installed in less than an 30 minutes.
