I wanted to upgrade the slow HDD in my laptop to a fast SSD and bought this software to do the cloning. My mistake was removing the HDD from the laptop first before I did the cloning as I was going to use my desktop with the two drives externally connected to it. This software is geared more to do the cloning while you're still using the original drive so I should've installed the program on the laptop and hook up the new SSD to it externally and clone it that way. Long story short, I ended up using Macrium Reflect Free to do the job.
But True Image can do so much more including backups, imaging and setting up recovery disks that I plan on using in the near future.
