Haven't had this quite 3 years, and EVERYTHING has quit multiple times. Currently looking at over $600 in PARTS (not including labor) and these aren't the first repairs. We're not investing any more $$ into this piece of garbage, getting a new one (and not a Samsung).

Worst laptop ever

I've had this for 5 LONG months and it's been nothing but a hassle. Disappearing or freezing mouse, sometimes it won't shut down, sometimes it shuts down suddenly while I'm typing away, and worst of all, the dreaded black screen of death. I've wasted days if not weeks of productivity horsing around with this thing and it's having a negative impact on my business. I will never buy Toshiba again.

Quit within 10 months

The microwave quit after 10 months of use. Still within warranty period (1 year) and Best Buy was not responsible for that so they sent me to LG. I will NEVER buy another LG product as long as I live. After countless phone calls, emails, faxes, and hours of my life that I'll never get back.....I STILL am no closer to receiving a refund (been trying for 2 months). Worst customer service ever.
