Loved the flex brew immediately. However, after the 5th use of the K cup side, the mechanism broke. Called customer service and the part was replaced ( I did have to pay shipping )
What's great about it: Can use pot or K cups
What's not so great: When pouring water into the reserve with a coffee cup it is easy to have spillage
I would recommend this to a friend!
