Excellent Professional Lens

This is an amazing lens, especially on a DX lens. But the F2.8 aperture is very unforgiving with poor focusing technique. I had to use AF fine tune on my camera to get the optimum focus. Also not having VR makes it so important to hold the lens properly during shooting. This lens was reviewed on DXOMark as having some of the highest image quality stats, but again you need to use it right to get those results.
All in all I'm extremely satisfied with this lens once I got it tuned in.
