I love the fact that you can turn your TV on and off as well as control the volume from your Roku remote. We downloaded the Roku app so if we lose our remote we have it on our phone. Plus the app gives you a keyboard to actually type. Totally recommend this!!! Much better than my Roku 3 that works great.

I’m torn what to rate this because I love the idea of it. It has a little stand and sits nicely on your entertainment unit, shelf, etc. When I had gone to the website to find out how many channels I could expect it’s sad around 50 but after trying it on multiple televisions I got no more than about 10. I’m going to try one with a longer range to see if that works because this is one of the only ones that doesn’t look like you’re a tech geek by having to put it on your wall. After buying a cheap $499 computer I learned my lesson. I ended up having to return it and buy this laptop! I will say that I had to return my first one because my touch screen was acting crazy upon opening it...but...my second one has worked great.
What I love:
- It's fast. Intel i5 7th generation is the newest generation (some of the other big box retailers sell the 6th generation computers).
- Big hard drive!
- Didn't think I'd use the touch screen but I do....a lot.
- Sound is great. When you flip the screen there are speakers on the other side, too!
- Keys are quiet!
- Mouse is quick/easy to use.
- Keyboard lights up when you need it too.
- I multi-task and it has been great.
- Has wireless AC card (fastest wireless card to surf the net)...the cheaper models of computers don't have it...be careful!
- Clear Screen.
- Windows 10 start-up men is customizable. A lot of people said they don't like it because the start-up menu feels like an advertisement. I just right clicked on the things I didn't want and unpinned it from the start up menu. No more advertisements for me!

After feeling discouraged from all the reviews and people not finding nice things to say about most EVERY computer...I have really no complaints with this computer. I've waited to write a review until I was sure nothing major would happen but so far it's been a great computer for multi-tasking and surfing the internet. Works great with my onedrive account.
Note that this computer does not have a DVD drive and only has 2 USB outlets. If you needed more than 2 usb outlets you could always buy a USB outlet extender. We download everything these days.

I spent a lot of time trying to find a computer for a good deal. This computer stood out and I decided to buy it. It is a fast performing computer and is a great value buy. Here are some a-ha's....
Pros:
1) Fast performing!
2) Great price
3) Bottom of the computer doesn't get hot like my old ones! Stays nice and cool.
4) Touch screen works pretty good. Didn't think I would use it, but it's really helpful. Especially, when scrolling through websites.
5) Start-up isn't the long start-up from the past...it's pretty quick.

2) The keyboard is not lighted. I didn't think this would bother me but when I'm sitting on the couch with just the TV on...it's kind of annoying not to be able to see the keys (I can type without looking but sometimes there's that one key you need to look for).
3) The screen quality is "OK". For some it might not matter, but it's not the most amazing. It's really fine, but I'm just being picky.
4) The mouse trackpad makes me feel like the computer is running slow. I installed a wireless mouse and this thing works so much smoother with that!
5) Memory is not expandable past the 8gb installed from what I can tell.
Suggestions:
1) Unpin the "ad" looking things from the start by right clicking and clicking "unpin". This helps declutter the start menu and then you can find programs you WANT to put there.

2) Unpin icons from the taskbar on the bottom of your screen that you don't use by right clicking and unpinning. To pin something down there just right click on the program and click "pin to taskbar".
3) Buy a wireless mouse. You can get one online for like $10. Worth the investment!
At the end of the day, I use the internet a lot and want to have the best connection to upload things to internet and download things from the internet so this computer isn't for me. But, if that doesn't matter to you...this is a great computer!
