Where am I supposed to find this PIN the phone asks? When starting, it says"Your phone is encrypted for security. To start up you device, enter your PIN"
take the device back, not even Samsung can decry-pt it. the phone look like it was used and returned by someone. most likely a stolen device. it happen to me before, i purchased a device at the 5th Ave store and it was open box and the device was encrypted, there is nothing that can be done by Bestbuys or Samsung onsite service team.
