The over all appearance and usefulness of features makes this ideal for secondary or tertiary monitor. Self power, limiter and crossover are set ideally. XLR in on one speak not both. Would be ideal to have control over both speaker inputs independently on each speaker, esp for balanced application. The EQ is quite heavy in 80 - 250 HZ range even without bass boost switch on. Its unbalanced EQ with the dome tweeter causes Mid-range to be lost in the. Need a separate EQ to filter out low-end prior to input for any professional usefulness. Once EQ is there, its decent for the price. Small, effective medium end monitor for reference applications of final mixs.

What's great about it: bi amp and crossover is great. USB and 1/8" st. out useful. appearance is sharp. size good. ideal for secondary mon.
What's not so great: bass heavy. lacks crisp high end. no need for bass boost with the eq so unbalanced
I would recommend this to a friend!
