I was overdue for this iPad. The time was right and I jumped. I'm glad I waited for the iPad Air. It's smaller and thinner but with the same screen size as the iPad. I find I spend less time at my computer which is a plus and the speed at which it works is terrific. I went to 4 iPad classes that Apple offers and even though I thought I knew the subject, I learned tons of stuff to make my use more efficient. I bought a keyboard case, but so far haven't used it. Probably because typing on my lap isn't comfortable and the larger screen keyboard is easier to use than on an iPhone. My only complaint is what I wrote above in "not so great".

What's great about it: Easy to use, light, great screen
What's not so great: It sometimes freezes just like my iphone and I have to reboot it to get it to automatically go to links that I click.
