Files Disorganized During Geek System Restore

While a complete backup was done,
1. Four user accounts were put into one account
2. All files for all user accounts were combined into one folder
3. The new owner account had a mishmash of files from various previous user accounts with multiple downloads, documents, pictures, etc. folders.
4. When asked the Geek in charge said only that this problem would be used for training purposes
5. No effort was made to provide me an explanation of what I was given.
6. I was charged for a flash-drive for backup but it was not used and had to be redone -- sloppy.
7. A Geek tech CD was left in the CD drive -- sloppy.

Since the Geeks did have access to all accounts and folders and files (else they could not have done the complete backup), they could have been much more effective in restoration of the system. The sloppiness indicates a lack of attention and/or SOP.
