Super Secure, Portable, & Fast Storage

Fast transfer rate. Super small it fits in the palm of your hand. Fingerprint scanner for security. What more can you ask for in an external storage device?
A nice technological and security implementation on Samsung's part was to include a fingerprint scanner on the external hard drive to allow for hardware encryption.
It is quicker than traditional USB 3.0 devices since it uses a newer standard, USB 3.2 Gen 2 via a USB C port. It is extremely efficient for backing up thousands of files (for those of us who do backups once or twice a year, myself included) and great for those who have a routine backup.
I conducted a small test to examine an every day type of difference between a standard USB 3.0 external drive (a non SSD, uses a spinning disk inside) and the Samsung T7 Touch SSD. In the test I used a laptop with a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A port and a USB 3.1 Gen 2 USB C port. What I found was that the average transfer rate was much quicker when using the Samsung T7 Touch and using USB C to USB C. Even when compared to a standard external HDD, it is much quicker using the USB A port. If you would like to see the results of the test, see the attached photograph.
One thing I wanted to note (small detail) about Samsung's packaging that I really appreciated was 2 USB cables were included, a USB C to USB C and USB C to the standard USB Type A cable. Not many manufacturers do this anymore and I wanted to point it out as something nice Samsung included for their customers.
So in the end, is this hard drive worth to get for the price? Its worth it for those who look to carry this device for a long time. It is reliable (ssd technology vs disks spinning), compact, secure, and a speedy drive. I don't buy external hard drives very often and I would definitely consider it if you are looking for the above qualities in an external hard drive.

Beautiful Speaker With Excellent Sound

I like to think I start parties. THIS starts the party! No really, this speaker not only looks nice but can get loud as well.
Design
With big buttons atop the speaker and mesh type material surrounding the physical speakers, you can tell thought went into the design. The tactile volume buttons are a nice touch! Drinks can be placed on it and you wouldn't have to worry about the speaker getting wet or the drinks tipping over. Of the design changes made, I loved how it includes a rubber strap on the side that makes it easier to transport around since it is larger than the UE Megaboom or your typical smaller type portable speakers. Another design touch I noticed was the rubber at the bottom of the speaker. Its a nice touch to keep it from scratching or hearing a loud thud when placing it on the floor or a countertop.

Out of the box, I like the current audio configuration; not overly boomy from the bass in songs and it can hit highs without fatiguing your ears. When playing songs at the highest volume, I did not get any distortion. This speaker can definitely fill up large room and even a house! Is it a replacement for your DJ equipment for music at dance halls? Definitely not, but it's not meant to be. Although larger than most portable speakers and the UE Megaboom, the speaker drivers sure compensate for it with the ability to play music for over 20 hours and play it multidirectional. With it being square, you can place it on the floor and expect to hear music from behind and the sides of the speaker.

Incredible Portable Projector

Although this is the first portable projector I own, I have seen many used in person and this one by far produces one of the best looking images. It is super portable and is able to fit easily fit in a small bag, suitcase, or even back pocket! In my opinion, if you are in the market for a nice, portable, clear image producing projector, you should keep this one in mind.
Setup is easy; the projector has a built in lens cover that also acts as its power slider. Located under the projector is a sliding mechanism where after sliding it to one side, the lens cover unveils the lens or protects them and either powers the projector on or off. Nifty feature! Located on the side are the volume buttons and the source button to switch from either USB C or HDMI. (As a note, the projector comes with a foot long HDMI cord).
Rated for 100 inches, this projector does well in displaying videos at that size and displays them in a rectangular ratio. Picture quality is great; this DLP projector's blacks are dark amd colors are vivid. Since this is a 400 lumen protector, it really isn't made to handle much light although I was still able to see the images displayed when in a well lit room. As for the 3W speaker, I recommend you connect your own via the Aux port on the projector or via bluetooth from the source of where you're playing your movies. The fan gets a little loud for this projector (nothing like the larger units, this projector can seem like a light humming sound) and can drown into the audio of a movie while watching it. These two points would be the biggest caveats of this projector although this is to be expected as you are trading these for the portability and size of the projector.
I have never heard of the brand Miroir before using this projector but now I can trust they make good full HD projectors. I was wowed by how clear movies are by this small projector. As mentioned before, if you are looking for a small projector to carry around and watch videos without having to plug it in, this is a very nice choice for you. Try it and you will not be disappointed!

Easy To Use Photo Editor

I was impressed by the simplistic features of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020. I have used the full version of Adobe Photoshop and also Adobe Lightroom to edit photos in the past and I can say Photoshop Elements is by far, the easiest to use. The overall look of the program is much different from Photoshop 2019 or Lightroom but it still contains some tools used in both programs.
Elements 2020 has 3 easy modes in which you can edit, which are Quick, Guided, and Expert. Quick is the easiest to use, in which you can choose preset settings to help make your photos better in the "quickest" way possible to upload to social media right away. In the Guided mode, you can find tutorials that help you get certain effects or adjustments on your edits. Expert is the fullest variety of tools and presets available to edit your photos to your liking. In any mode, preset settings you can click and unclick easily are the best way of editing your work. I was able to edit one of my favorite photos in less than 10 mins using expert mode.
I highly recommend this program for anyone just wanting a good program for basic editing or creating.

Boomy Headphones, For The Bass Lovers

Skullcandy has really upped their game with these headphones. With much to be expected, you will not be disappointed. When compared to other high end headphones, these include nice features that make it a worthwhile choice to try.
As a music lover (although I wouldn't consider myself a supreme audiophile), I felt the headphones sounded too boomy. They have an adjustable bass slider that allows for you to increase the bass feel on the headphones. Very nice feature and can see some people liking this feature! I was not a big fan of this and tuned my headphones via the Skullcandy app. After the personalized tuning done via playing tones to your ears, I felt the sound much clearer, cleaner, and overall to my liking.
Now for comfort. I was able to wear these headphones comfortably and can move around with them as well. While I hoped for real leather on the headphone cushions, the genuine leather did fine although I sweat with them a little.
Overall I liked the headphones and definitely recommend anyone trying them to tune them via the app. It makes a difference! Big thumbs up to Skullcandy for developing these nice looking and sounding wireless, over the ear headphones. I did feel the headphones too boomy for my taste and for that I deducted one star.

First of all, I would like to say this blender was better than I expected. Out of the box it looks nice, easy to use, and even includes a second, smaller container for blending as well. With the blade being removable, you are able to use it with the larger or smaller container.
Now for it's performance. As I blended my banana, strawberry, blueberry smoothie, one thing I liked was that you are able to set the thickness of what you would like your resulting blend to be. As it blended, it would pause and start to allow for the food to come back down to the blades to continue breaking it down. That's convenient and very nice!
Another food I blended were ingredients to make the Mexican dish, flan. In trying the Thin setting, I found the thin consistency of the blended ingredients to be perfect. The flan also came out delicious! I would say this blender really allows for you to choose how thick or thin you want liquids or your blends to be.
Overall I would definitely rate it above your average blender and would recommend it to family and friends.

Professional, Quality Blender

I would see commercials and wouldn't understand the hype for Nutribullet and similar blenders. After making smoothies, salsa, vegetable puree, I now know why people recommend the Nutribullet.
When using blenders of lower quality, there would be larger pieces of fruit or vegetables that wouldn't be in puree or liquid form. There would be times as well when you wanted a certain smoothie or drink to be at a certain consistency (chunky salsa or smoothie) yet it would come out more liquidy or too thick. What I have liked about the nutribullet is that it has been much easier and quicker to get drinks and salsas to the thickness you like when compared to other blenders.
I decided to try it out on the first day and made an oatmeal apple smoothie. I was impressed by the easiness by which it blended the apple and how quickly the smoothie was done. The settings low, med, and high are truly remarkable. I did my smoothie on low so it could be a little thick and the speed/force was pretty strong. I tried the medium speed and felt like it was the high. This is just to say the speed of the blender is pretty powerful, in my opinion.
The set came with a large blender, 2 large cups in which you can blend your drinks and attach accompanying lids, and also a masher, which I thought was interesting. The large blender comes with its own blades and there is also another blade you can use for blending with the individual cups. Overall, I thought this Nutribullet set was definitely different from others I've seen and also tried. I like the large blender and also using the same large mount to blend smaller proportions with the cups, the powerful blending, and delicious drinks/food that can be made. I give this blender 5 stars and highly recommend it to people who like juicing or are simply looking for a powerful blender for their foods.

A Shark That Attacks Dirt On Land!

This is my first self cleaning vacuum and am wowed by it's features. It can scan the room and avoid objects that come in it's path (although at times because of this it completely misses vacuuming a specific area). You can also view the status of the vacuum via the Shark Clean app and is very handy!
One of the things I was a little disappointed with is the side air holes. As it is vacuuming, sometimes debris is pushed by the air coming out of the Shark's side holes. This causes for it to then not get vacuumed. Although this doesn't happen often, it is a minor thing I've noticed.
The battery life of the Shark vacuum lasts for about an hour and is enough to vacuum multiple rooms in the house. It also is able to vacuum multiple floor types like hardwood and tile which is an added plus. Since I have both tile and carpeted areas in my home, I was able to observe that those areas were indeed vacuumed well.
One of the biggest pros of having a small portable, self cleaning vacuum (other than it cleaning floors for you) is that it will clean hard to reach areas. Areas like under couches, sofas, beds, etc. are areas I consider needing to do more work to clean. With the Shark vacuum, it not only cleans these areas for you, but also saves you the hassle of you moving furniture or having to reach under them to clean.

Space Saving Air Fryer

This is my first air fryer and I at first was surprised by the hype. I've heard of family and friends buying and recommending air fryers because of the taste of food being consistent when cooked with regular fryers and it being much healthier. When frying foods in this air fryer compared to regular fryers, I can attest to food coming out crispy and just as delicious!
The air fryer came complete with instructions on how to use and a quick guide on times and temperatures for frying common foods. A nice addition! I at first thought a little oil was to be put into the fryer but no! Also it is small and compact and can be placed somewhere convenient in a kitchen setting. Although compact, it fits a good amount of food well (few pieces of fish, a batch of fries). I also liked the bright display and capacitive touch buttons.
I cooked fries and boudain using the air fryer and the foods came out fully cooked, crispy, and with little to no grease visible. When cooking the food, I wanted to check on the food and opened the air fryer. At first I wasn't sure if it would turn completely off when doing this since to turn it on you need to push in the food compartment. When checking the food while air frying, it turned off but turned right back on where it left off.
Overall I am part of the air fryer hype now and will be using it more often for fried foods. It produces healthier fried foods (didn't know it was possible!) and can do it in the same amount of time.

Quality 4 Camera Surveillance System

This is my first time using a Defender brand product and I can say wow, I will definitely look into using more of their products. While these cameras are wired, they are super easy to setup and use with the mobile app for remote viewing of your cameras.
The picture quality is great and better than others I have seen. They are 4K rated, 8MP cameras and produce a great image as expected. Since the cameras are IP67 rated, they should also be able to withstand the weather elements (time will tell though).
Out of the box the cameras come with everything you need to setup (DVR with 1TB hard drive, cameras, cables for cameras) except for a VGA cable to connect the DVR to a monitor. I only wish there were longer cables for setting up the cameras as well. Extensions are available but to purchase separately. This is still better than having to replace batteries every few months as compared to battery powered cameras!
Overall these cameras are great 4K rated cameras and ones you would want for clear video surveillance. The setup is also easy and I always recommend wired security cameras vs wireless. Keep in mind, this is a 4 camera surveillance system and cannot be upgraded beyond 4 cameras.

Yes, the scroll wheel as well as the left and right click buttons. With other mice I felt the buttons were too easy to press and accidentally would press down on them. With the Burst Pro, I don't have this issue (at least now with some extended use).

A cool thing with these Surface Earbuds is that as long as you have your iPhone or Android cell phone synced to the earbuds, you can listen to and reply to your Outlook emails with them. You can also use the earbuds to write put what you dictate on Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. Additionally, they include a search function for looking up information or asking questions.

Yes, as long as your PC has Bluetooth 4.1, 4.2, or 5.0 it should work fine.

what Bluetooth version are these buds running? One YouTube said it running 4.1 are 4.2 version. I hope not.
They are Bluetooth 5.0 according to Microsoft's specifications. That would make them compatible with Bluetooth 4.1 and 4.2 as well.

What speakers go well with this??
If you are looking to stay portable, I would recommend on of the smaller speakers (can still get loud though to hear movies well). I believe a nicer speaker and is a little larger, would be the UE Megaboom.

I have owned several bone conducting devices. My experience is that they are not loud enough for activities like biking. Can you tell me anything about how loud they get and if they have been tested by cyclists?
I am not a cyclist but these so get loud enough to drown out any ambient noise and have a personal listening experience.
