After looking through so many receivers and reading different reviews, I decided to buy the Pioneer Lx101. Its a powerful, full featured receiver. If you are on the fence about buying a receiver that will last you many more years to come, I would definitely recommend this. It has dual band WiFi support, Bluetooth for music streaming, a front USB and aux port, and future support for google cast (stream video or tabs from your phone or laptops chrome browser) and DTSx. What makes this future proof is that it supports HDR for new 4k TVs, it up scales 1080p resolution to 4k, supports Dolby atmos, dtsx, google cast, and has other apps you can stream music from. Music and sound in general sounds crystal clear, I have no complaints at all. Can't test the 4k image upscale because I do not own a 4k TV.

With a Serial ATA interface, this WD Blue WD10EZEXSP internal hard drive easily connects to your PC or Mac. The 1TB capacity offers ample space to house important files, such as pictures, videos and music.

Great hard drive if you'd like to switch out failed/failing hard drive. It is somewhat quick at 7200 rpm but if you'd like better speed out of loading programs, go for an ssd. It isn't loud like other hard drives while it is loading data, but you can somewhat hear the clicks/whirrs. Overall great hard drive! I would recommend it to anyone.

Expansion and backup hard drives are virtually the same but I would ask for an external hard drive ;)

i have an 2008 mac that needs to be backed up, which external drives are compatible?
i will also be buying a new lap top and would like the same drive to be usable for my old and new machine...
Technically you can use any hard drive to backup your Mac data, but I would look for the "Mac compatible" wording on the outside of the box of the external hard drive.

need esata drive 1-4 tb-7200 rpm need esata in and out ports to daisy chain multiple drives.
You can buy an adapter to connect it to the hard drive and use the esata port. If not, you can get an esata to sata cable.

Yes you can. For an easier process, I suggest you use a cloning software to move over all of your data to the new ssd. It would move over all of your data exactly as you have it on your old ssd and you don't have to worry about installing all of your programs or windows again.

I have an HP Laptop windows 8.1 could u tell me if the Recovery D is good it has 2.48 GB free of 24.2 GB could I still upgrade to windows 10 n how could I get more or upgrade Recovery D if necessary thank you.
Yes, you could still upgrade to Windows 10, you do not need to worry about the space of Recovery D, it doesn't affect the performance of the computer. Also, sorry but this doesn't have anything to do with purchasing this hard drive.

Video editing
Yes, any hard drive can be used for video editing. If you'd like faster video editing though, I would upgrade the processor and video card of the computer.
