The griddle is cast iron and weighs a ton. Can only clean by placing in sink and using hot water and a stiff pad that doesn't tear. They should instead use an aluminum or stainless steel griddle. Glass control panel needs cleaning each time you use the stove. Haven't. Used the oven. Burners work fine.
