Large and Awkward, but Worthwhile

This 12x8 diffuser is just a little awkward to use but it is a great light diffuser. Being large it allows the light from the flash to spread out just a little more, and be a little softer than my smaller one. It is convenient and can be easily carried in a camera bag or pack. In a studio, use an expensive set up, in the field, use this. Recommended.

There are lots of good lenses on the market, but Nikon is one of the best and this 24-70 f2.8 is one of their best productions. I am getting sharper, clearer, brighter pics than ever before. I would recommend this particular lens to anyone who wants to take great photos because if you want to be able to take great pictures, it helps to have great lenses.

The Tamron 150-600 mm lens had good reviews and it demonstrated its worthiness in use. I have only had it about a month but have gotten a few really good shots. It takes time to learn to focus long distance shots, even on a tripod. Within 200 feet, I get great focus and great clarity even when enlarging the center of the picture about 20 times the original. It is not a National Geographic quality lens, but it didn't cost over $6 grand either. Good lens, unless you can do the $6 grand.

Better than not having one

This tripod is so flimsy that it is hard to trust a camera on it. While it is very cheap in price, you run the risk of whatever you put on it breaking when the thing falls over. If your camera has any weight to it, when attached to the tripod it becomes top heavy; if outside a moderate breeze could blow it over; it does not take any bumping with a camera on it. The old saying is "you get what you pay for." It didn't cost much and well... Do yourself a favor spend a few more bucks and get a better one.

Good flash cord

This flash cord works well for a single flash (it does not take two flashes) off and to the side of the camera. The cord was very tight, but I stretched out carefully so as not to strain the connections. Very handy to hand hold and not depend on being activated by the on board flash.
