Nice but sloppy

The guys who installed my washing machine and dryer were very nice and installed them mostly correct. They were not all that familiar with these machines so they weren't sure how to put all the pieces together in the detergent dispenser. They ended up just guessing and I fixed it later by referring to the manual. The installation went a little sloppy with nicks and dirty handprints on the walls, etc. And left wrapping material trash behind the washer instead of cleaning up after themselves and throwing it away.
The one thing that really annoyed me was that they left all the wrapping materials on the ground outside to blow around the neighborhood!!!
I pointed this out to them and they said they would get it on the way out (instead of going and getting it right away before it all blew away, which a lot of it did.)
All that being said, they were nice and the machines are working great and it was free.

Do laundry your way. Flush clothes with steam for truly deep clean, get each load done faster, and enjoy the peace and quiet of this Samsung washer.

Again, just like the dryer I also bought, I love the design and the fit in a small space. Also very quiet. The only maybe negative thing I would say so far is that there is always a little bit of standing water in the detergent dispenser and in the bottom of the rubber seal at the opening. I have heard they will mildew so I wipe out the standing water in the seal and always leave the door open when not in use.

I love my dryer

Looks great, fits great in my small laundry closet, love the design of the lint tray. My only complaint, if I had one, would be the drying time varies frequently on the screen, I guess it changes based on sensoring, which would be fine, but then it will stop with clothes still damp. So I just restart it. Not a big deal, but don't understand why it does this.
