I loved the look of this case, and for the first 5 months my case and phone were great. I had no problems. My phone spends 90% of the time just sitting on a desk, without any stress on the phone or case at all.
But about a week ago my phone was just sitting on my desk, and I heard an audible CRACK. Upon inspection there was a crack along the side of my case. My case cracked while just sitting there on a desk! Over the past few days another 3 cracks have appeared.
I really did like this case, but for 20 dollars it was a waste of money.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
