After 30 days of usage it broke

Best Buy and Acer products sucks. All I did was adjust my sceeen and then it goes black and you here a cracking sound. Like really. Am I not allowed to adjust my screen? I didnt press hard; I touched the outline part the white frame. It wasn't even a touch more like a nudge. So looks like I've wasted $200. I took it to the store to talk about my warranty and ask for a replacement. ( The purchase came with a 1 year warranty) And their response was "since I ordered online I didn't sign a warranty paper like In store purchases have. So I have to buy a whole other $200 chromebook".... "Sorry for your troubles". What response is that he didn't ask for my warranty information and barley helped me. You just lost a former valued customer.
