SONOS - PLAYBAR Soundbar, compatibility with Samsung TV
I hear that there are compatibility issues with Sonos SoundBar & Samsung TVs. Has anyone had this problem & how can it be resolved??
I already own a Sonos Play5, Play3 & Play1
I purchased the Playbar and also own a Samsung TV. Once I hooked it up I noticed that when I turn the volume Up or Down I get a notification on the TV that says "Not Available." I contacted Samsung and they said once you turn off the internal TV speaker and select an external audio source (Sonos Playbar) and try and turn the volume up or down you will get this notification on the TV. This is simply Samsung not playing nice. Sonos I believe does have a work around on their website but to me its not a big deal. No issues with sound quality or anything like that.
