Purchased this top rated washer in store. BB delivered and installed. 16 days later the washer will not spin. Called BB. Was informed that I did not buy the protection plan and the 15 day return policy had expired. Had to call Samsung. I may get repair parts in 2 weeks. Certainly will not buy appliances from BB again.
