worked fine at the beginning

after having the coffeemaker for just a few month its already not working correctly anymore
the water runs through perfect so i have no problem to use the coffeemaker for to make tea but when i put in coffee k-cups the cup fills up only half and it takes forever before the coffee cup is half full
