I know I need a MoCA adapter to use the Mini with coax. One of the answers says I need a MoCA adapter and another says the Mini comes with a MoCA adapter. Which is it?
It's a separate purchase. The mini does not come with it.

Charter only supports two of the four tuners in my Bolt. How would that affect a TiVo Mini if I buy one?
Charter shouldn't be able to only let you access 2 tuners...you need a cable card. If you can't access all 4 you should contact charter. Each tuner is used when you are recording or watching so if you are watching live tv on a mini you could only record one show or watch one show on the bolt.

The first year is included with the purchase of Roamio or Bolt. After that it's $15/month but that amount includes all the TiVos you have. It's $15 for one or for 100.

You can purchase a TiVo Stream for $129 which will allow you to view on your mobile devices. You use this in addition to the TiVo bolt.

Will this work with TWC's CableCARD™ with Tuning Adapter? Supposed to work with TiVo Series 3, HD and HD XL; TiVo Premiere and Premiere XL.
It should. The cable cards take a little time to sync sometimes but it is supported.

What are the benefits of a Bolt versus a Roamio?
The Roamio seemed to be rated higher by customers on Best Buy website. What are the product benefits of one over the other? Which one is the latest model?
The Bolt is the newest version and has 4K streaming available as well as more built in apps. The Roamio pro has 6 tuners compared to the Bolt's 4 but I suspect the Roamio will be phased out.
