Graphics card/Motherboard nightmare

Trying to use the DELL Aurora R6 for VR. It was highly recommended by this site: https://www.vrheads.com/best-desktop-pc-vr
I really should have done other research first. The graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce 1070) isn't recognized by the driver. In the Device Manager, there is an alert icon (the yellow one with the exclamation point) and the Properties tab shows a Windows Error Code 43. I've updated/replaced the driver several times, and had two tech visits. They've replaced both the 1070 card AND the motherboard. I refreshed the BIOS, and tried to start over with a Factory Restore (thereby returning it to the initial state it came in.) After several attempts, it won't even let me restart (stating an error message in the dreaded blue screen.) I've just sent it back to the factory. I'm trying to be patient, but I really don't understand how a brand new machine could fail so completely. Definitely the worst tech investment I've ever made by far.
