The volume is excellent, and for what I am using it for, the "homemade" CD's are a necessity. Not all boom boxes will play those. This one is great. Having no previous experience with air fryers, I can only go by my experience with this particular model - but I am very happy with it. Ease of clean up is nice, and it seems very versatile with what it can do. I'm still on the learning curve, and there are no accessories like a solid pan that are made for it, only the basket, but I will be buying a small pan to fit in it when I find one. Happy with it so far!
