When outfitting our kitchen, we went with topline appliance in all except for the dishwasher. We didn't go the least expensive, but the next one up. This has all the features we wanted without the big price tag. The look of the washer with buttons on front doesn't yell "high end" but its a dishwasher. It washes the dishes very well. It is fairly noisy, but it is equivalent to the advertised dB level. Again, for the price, it was a trade off for us that we were willing to accept.

Great Fit and Finish

The features of the fridge are well thought out. It's a 33 in wide fridge with water and ice in the door. Looks great sitting in the kitchen. Interior lights are super bright. That helped sell the fridge to us. Even when the fridge is pretty full, it's nice and bright so we can see all that's in there. The fridge is a little noisy to me when it's running. You can hear the motor "spin up" after you open and close the doors. Others in the house don't notice the noise, so it must just be me.
Everything on it works as advertised. great placement of filter for replacement. I'm certain it will be energy efficient with use. I'm interested to see how well the ice maker will work over time. Ice in the door with a French door means the ice is made and stored in the refrigerator, not the freezer.

Great Microwave for the price we paid

This is a very powerful microwave. Heats the food up quickly. The exhaust fan isn't as powerful as expected. Not a deal breaker. It comes prepped for exhaust out the top. It was easy to change it to front exhaust.
It's difficult to find any microwave with the quick start buttons (1-6 push for cook minutes 1-6). We wish it had this feature, but knew it didn't when we purchased it. It matched the other appliances we were purchasing.
The microwave we received has a blemish in the glass in the door. When you look at the glass from the side, you can see a fog or "shadow" between the pains of glass. I can see it most when the light is on while using the microwave. It bothers me as it is brand new, but I don't believe it's worth the hassle to remove it and get a new one. Haven't made my final decision yet. It doesn't affect the function and isn't a complaint for the microwave brand/model. This is just my individual unit.

Haven't had an opportunity to use all the features yet. Everything operates as expected. The stove looks amazing just sitting there. Gives the kitchen a chef feel even though it's not a chef's oven. Great for the sales price we purchased at. The drawer at the bottom feels cheap/flimsy as you open and close it (compared to the old stove we got rid of). I realize this is not a major function to the stove. The template used to install the anti-tip feature onto the floor did not work well with our cabinets. I would merely say it is not a universal template. Would be useful to give the dimensions or measurements for placement of the anti-tip device.

Have an Installer quickly and professionally connect your Refrigerator to an existing water supply line. We will install a manufacturer supplied water filter or new water filter, if purchased. We will also level the new appliance and demonstrate the basic operation.

The delivery team installed the water line from the fridge to the existing shutoff. They did a great job. They knew not to use the plumber's tape that came with the kit purchased with fridge. The waterline has a type of compression rubber washer and does not need the plumber's tape. We live on the second floor and delivery of fridge and removal of old one went great.

Good waterline kit for the refrigerator. It comes with plumbers tape, but you're not supposed to use it on the line installation (it has a rubber washer). Don't exactly know why its included. Other kits don't include the plumber's tape. That's fine. Remember the tape is not required on an instillation with the rubber washer.
This kit required to be purchased with the fridge in order for the delivery guys to install the fridge. Check your local hardware store as Best Buy may be able to price match a lower price. It's the same or equivalent kit. My local Best Buy team has been very helpful with this. They're the best!

Delivery fine, door re-assignment not so much

The refrigerator I purchased opened from left to right with the option to remount the handle and hinge to be right to left. The salesman at Best Buy said the delivery crew would change the door at delivery. The delivery crew told me that it should have been done at the warehouse. They weren't happy, but they tried to switch it. They couldn't do it, and at some point the bolts were stripped. They took back fridge. When the new one came, I switched out the door myself. The delivery of new appliances and removal of old ones went smoothly. The door reassignment not so much.

This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new range in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

Not all gas lines are equal. I was hesitant to purchase this "generic" line when I purchased my gas range. It says online that Best Buy checks with local county codes to determine the proper length/type. As with any big box store, I questioned that fact, but purchased it anyway. It came with the flex hose, safety shutoff connector for the incoming side and adaptor/connector for the stove side. It also came with leak detector (though not enough if you're testing all connections) and plenty of thread dope. It appears to me that it is as good as the name brand type. I felt the instructions on which connector to put the thread dope on were slightly vague, but if you pull the permit with your county or local department, they should make sure it was all done correctly. Though generic, this appears to be the same you can get at other big box hardware stores, but priced a little more. Might be worth the extra price for the convenience when ordering it all together. Best Buy does Price Match, and the team at my local store have been very good with that whenever I go in.

I'm a coffee fan, though I wouldn't label myself an officianado. I'm not big into the strong bold coffee flavors right now, and this coffee fits the bill. It is smooth, brews well in my keurig, and has a good but not overwhelming strong flavor. I can brew it on my medium cup and large cup setting and get a great brew. Is it normal for the tub of this dishwasher to have water condensation a week later?
I use this dishwasher about once a week. I notice that there is still water condensation in the tub a few days after a wash cycle. Is it normal to have the water condensation there? Could it cause mold to grow inside?
You'll probably want to run your washer more frequently or find a way to air it out. If you keep your washer closed, it is a closed system--wet environment. Probably would see condensation.

I'm interested in purchasing this item as part of a suite of other Samsung appliances and want to verify the stainless steel finish is consistent. Is the finish on this dishwasher the same stainless steel finish as the refrigerator RF260BEAESR?
Yes, except for the plastic strip, running across the front at the top where the buttons are. If you want to really match, go next model up. But ask yourself, "is it really worth the price difference?" But the part that is stainless steel is the real deal--just like the fridge.
