Plantronics has a dog and no, it's not a cuddly pet you can play catch with. It's this headset. It's cheap, sound quality is only so/so and I received so many complaints from people I've been on calls with. I went through two of these headsets in less than a month, replacing the first one hoping that it was only a lemon. Nope...both were utter and complete garbage. You get what you pay for...

I have to admit that I didn't have high hopes for this headset. I purchased it out of need for a noise cancelling headset that offered a mic for calls. Unpacking them I noticed just how great the quality is. They have a refined feel and the comfort is outstanding. Sound quality is amazing and the bass levels are great. I love this headset and I"m now a fan of Sony headsets.
